How to give e-cigarette cartridges tender loving care?

Rich flavors. Thick vapor. Long-lasting enjoyment. You get so much pleasure from each puff of your Starbuzz e-hose, but you can maximize that pleasure by giving your e-hose cartridges a little TLC. Here are ten ways to do it:
1. Show you care. Extend cartridge life by always using it correctly. For example, don’t blow or exhale into the cartridge. The vapor might go back into the e-cigarette and damage it.
2. Protect them. Store them properly: In a cool dark place, away from direct sunlight. When not vaping, unscrew the cartridge from the battery and keep it in your specially designed Starbuzz e-cigarette carrying case.
3. Listen to them. Does your cartridge feel hotter than usual? It’s telling you something. It might be low on liquid, and unable to absorb the heat of the coil. Or, there may be a problem with the battery. Stop using it until it cools down.
4. Keep them sealed. In between uses, seal the cartridges with their original sealants (the little green plugs). Enjoy maximum freshness by using each cartridge within one week of opening.
5 Be kind. Taking more than 15 puffs at a time? Alternate cartridges to enable the liquid inside each cartridge to disperse evenly.
6. Pay attention. Don’t leave the cartridge in your mouth between draws. Your breathing may cause the liquid to seep from the cartridge into the battery, causing damage.
7. Pamper them. Keep your cartridges comfortable by storing them in a dry, cool place (under 75ºF). Keep unused cartridges in resealable, zipper storage bags, inside your fridge door but out of the reach of children. Make sure cartridges are room temperature before vaping them, to prevent damaging them.
8. Enjoy them. Vape away, but understand that if you take shorter puffs vs. longer ones, then you will decrease vapor production.
9. Treat them properly. Starbuzz e-cigarette cartridges are not intended for refilling. Please don’t refill them.
10. Know when to change. If you detect a burnt taste, then you should stop using the cartridge. It’s finished. You can also tell that a cartridge is finished when the flavor and vapor decrease. Simply unscrew the used cartridge from your battery, set it aside for recycling, and replace with a new one.

How Starbuzz e-cigarette provides the cigarette-like experience without negative effects?

While they're still relatively new, e-cigarettes are in fact quite simple. In comparison to computer and smart phone technology, e-cigs are really no more complicated than a coffee maker.
To use, they do take a little more effort than simply puffing on the mouthpiece. But you don't need to light them, and they require no cleaning up after yourself. As you inhale, the LED light on the end of the Starbuzz e-cigarette will glow, you will feel the vapor, taste it, and then exhale naturally. The only difference with a traditional cigarette is the level of convenience and purity of the ingredients.
Despite supplies and upkeep, electronic cigarettes are ultimately very straightforward, and easy to use. E-cigs work by combining state of the art technology with a simple purpose: to give smokers a cigarette-like experience all the way through, without any of the negative components or effects.
While "vapers" get the nicotine they crave, and the whole experience of smoking, they are no longer exposed to tobacco, smoke, tar, and carcinogens as they smoke – or vape. A basic understanding of e-cigarette parts will show you exactly how they work, and how this cigarette-like experience is provided to a growing number of adults across the world!

What everyone ought to know about e-cig batteries and heat?

Lithium-ion batteries perform at their best (and will last a whole lot longer) if they are kept at temperatures between 14°F and 86°F. If batteries are too hot (or too cold), they can lose their effectiveness or even quit working altogether.
That said, the number one cause of battery problems is too much heat. When a battery gets too warm, it causes them to drain faster than they normally would. For that reason, you NEVER want to leave any electronic device with a lithium-ion battery in the front seat of a hot car. Ideally, you should think of you electronics as if they were a baby or a dog –if it's hot outside, don't leave your e-cigarette in the car.
Batteries are also affected by humidity and other weather extremes. An e-cig battery damaged by heat can: stop working, bulge, bubble, melt, damage your device, smoke, create sparks, create flames, expand, contract, and in very extreme cases, even blow-up.
Furthermore, weather extremes can occur almost anywhere and at any time. Some examples of areas to avoid bringing lithium-ion batteries are in a non-temperature controlled room, in a closed bathroom with the shower on, in a closed car on a hot day, in a steam-room or a sauna.
Think your e-cig battery is safe in the cold... think again.
Extreme cold can affect batteries just as extreme heat can. When exposed to frigid temperatures, the internal components expand. Remember, a weather extreme can occur when temperatures are within the range of the device's specification. The relative humidity can increase the ambient temperature beyond the norm.

Electronic cigarette terminology

Electronic cigarettes are getting pretty advanced, aren’t they? If you do any amount of research on advanced vaping products, you are bound to come across what may seem like a whole new language! If you are wondering what a certain term means, or would like some clarification on whether you’re using a term correctly, this handy little guide should help! When it comes to vaping culture, we understand how important it is to flaunt the right lingo!
Analog. You know, the opposite of digital; the way it was back in the day. This term is a reference to traditional cigarettes as they are completely not digital.
Atomizer. The element of the e-cigarette that does the work heating and vaporizing the liquid.
Atty. AKA the Atomizer.
AVP’s. Abbreviated for Advanced Personal Vaporizers. These are super common, and basically encompass the majority of vaporizers that are commercially available. If you use a vaporizer, that is not a standard 2-piece e-cig, such as the Express, it can be considered an AVP.
Carto AKA the Cartomizer. The unit that attaches to the battery that is combination of a cartridge and atomizer.
Dripping. The act of using a Drip Tip when vaping. Those who are big on this method cite superior flavor and the best vapor production comes as a result of it.
Drip Tip. An accessory that works with the atomizer or cartomizer. They provide an open mouthpiece, and gives the user the ability to drip the liquid directly onto the atomizer. It’s a distinct method for vaping, and some people are really into it.
eGo. A loose term for vaporizers that use 510 threads, and are used with other 510 components, with a very large battery.
Mods. This term has been in existence for a while, and it originally stood for “modification.” It has come to refer to any type of vaporizer, any type of advanced vaping model. It’s used pretty loosely, and it certainly doesn’t refer to basic e-cigs.
Ohm. A unit of measurement of electrical resistance. The lower the number, the lower the resistance, which makes it heat faster.
Vaping Pens. Another clever term used for AVP’s, check out our Pro vaporizerJet vaporizer, andPulse vaporizer models!
Vaporizers. Any type of advanced electronic cigarette, that provides a large, powerful battery and utilizes e-liquid as opposed to disposable cartridges.
